YOUR FIRST SESSION

Your first session is a private assessment. You’ll first let me know what you want to achieve. Next, you’ll have your posture and range of motion analysed. Then, we’ll talk about how we’ll work together so you reach your goals.


After your first session, you’ll start private sessions or move into a studio session.

PRIVATE SESSIONS

Private sessions are the best way to achieve your goals in the shortest time possible. Since you work one-on-one with your instructor.


Private sessions are great if:

  1. You’re recovering from an injury

  2. You want to focus on your technique

  3. You want to deepen your knowledge of Pilates

  4. You like it being all about you!

STUDIO SESSIONS

You’ll work on your own program, guided by your instructor.  Since there’s no more than four clients per session, you get a lot of individual attention.


VIEW STUDIO SESSION TIMES

THINK BETTER | MOVE BETTER | FEEL BETTER

During your session you’ll use a variety of Pilates apparatus and techniques. You get focused attention that balances and strengthens you. Pilates once a week gets results. But you’ll see faster results by doing at least two sessions a week for three months.
